San Carlo are hiring an Operations Manager, overseeing our London region.

What you'll do:
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across multiple sites
- Mentor and support General Managers to achieve financial and guest satisfaction targets.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company standards.
- Lead recruitment, training, and team development to build high-performing teams.
- Work together with the head office support departments, to implement company initiatives and strategies.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- A wealth of experience in a similar role, responsible for multiple restaurants (Italian style restaurant preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
- A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement
