Full Time and Part Time hours available

Salary: £11.63 per hour

We are recruiting for a Receptionist to take the lead in interacting with members and actively promote our philosophy of Quality, Care and Excellence in the service we provide.

The Job Receptionists have a varied and interesting role. The activities in a Health and Fitness club are wide ranging and the involvement with people is continuous. This allows for an exciting day, using your skills on a diverse range of jobs.

The primary objective of your role would be to:

• Ensure that all the people who enter the health and fitness club receive a friendly, polite and efficient service
• Create a favourable first impression of the Club
• Have a good range of knowledge regarding the Club

The Person

• Strong interpersonal and customer facing skills and will become knowledgeable about our facility and the services we provide
• Able to demonstrate competency of working in an administrative role
• Capability in customer relations and basic computer skills are essential requirements for this post
• Friendly, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a good understanding of customer service and customer care
• You will be flexible, reliable, possess good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team
