Salary: £36,000 Circa Dependent on Experience

Role Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Greggs Area Manager to join us at Asda Express, in this role you will have responsibility for a minimum of 10 stores across Edinburgh, Peterhead & Elgin!

Your working week will consist of visiting stores to review performance, identify and recognise strengths / areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability through leadership and management skills. You will regularly engage with store managers and teams and to set individual and store targets for success.

This role is all about creating strategies and developing new ideas to help drive store performance, successfully motivating and managing teams, recruiting amazing colleagues into the business, and recognising and rewarding hard working teams and individuals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor store performance and operating standards
• Financial management inclusive of budgets, sales targets, labour control and expenses
• Promote community engagement and brand presence
• Prepare and review reporting functions to enhance performance
• Strategic planning and growth initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

• Above store manager experience inclusive of operations, multi-site management and field based roles
• Full UK drivers licence
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations within a field based role
• Strong influential and interpersonal skills
• Commercially focused with the ability to understand financial performance and figures
