Assistant Manager Live in or Out - Hertford

We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join our friendly, independent village pub group, in Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will be :

Your role will involve(but not be limited to) :

• working alongside the head chef and general manager to help build the business
• opening and closing the site
• running the site in the absence of the GM
• stock and cash control
• ordering and stock taking
• managing and motivating the team
• identifying opportunities to drive sales and acting on them
• function management
• ensuring the team deliver fantastic service at all times
