The Spice of Life is a brand newly refurbished pub and boutique B&B in the heart of Soho, London. We are now recruiting for a Night Porter to help us maintain guest services, and the smooth running of the business. The working hours are 11.30pm to 7.30am 5 days out of 7.

Key Responsibilities of a Night Porter

• Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Manage all guest late check-in's and early check outs
• Showing guests to the rooms and explaining facilities
• Help guests carrying luggage to and from their rooms
• Looking after keys and left luggage
• Answering all out off hour calls from guests and contractors
• Dealing alone with problems arising in the night; if necessary transferring guests into a different room
• In event of emergency ensuring all guests are safely evacuated
• carrying out tasks to assist the morning team
• carrying out basic cleaning duties.
