ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to internal growth, we are now hiring for our next Deli Team Member at our Cotswolds farmshop. Owning one of the highest traffic areas of the farmshop and a key focal area for Daylesford's food offering. You will use your people skills and experience to ensure the highest quality service is maintained and delivered to our customers. Working closely with our Production, Food Technical and Buying team, you will continuously improve our deli offering, showcasing our seasonal favourites and produce from the farm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live the farm' when conversing with guests
• Enthusiastically showcase your knowledge of the menu and produce
• Drive retail product knowledge in caf
• Ensure every guest receives warm, efficient, and attentive service
