We are seeking a Sales and Events Manager to lead our ever-growing department!
We are looking for an expert who has experience in developing and executing a successful sales and booking strategy for a hospitality business.
At Market Halls, we are revolutionizing the British food hall scene, breathing new life into iconic landmarks since 2018. Our vision is to transform these spaces into vibrant community hubs, offering a diverse array of dining, drinking, and event experiences. From independent restaurants and food vendors to premium bars and live entertainment, we're committed to delivering top-notch experiences for our guests.
Last year marked a significant milestone for us, with both year-on-year revenue growth and a surge in new guests walking through our doors. We even garnered attention on popular shows like The Apprentice and MasterChef. But our journey is far from over. Next year, we're gearing up to unveil our new flagship venue in central London, expand to new locations beyond the capital, and introduce exciting new experiences at our venues.
As our new Sales & Events Manager, you will receive:
- A competitive salary of up to 50,000 per annum.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a pre-booked sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets while maximizing pre-booked revenue through proactive outbound sales initiatives. You will lead, guide, grow, and support three Sales and Events Executives, collaborating with the operations team to ensure the smooth organization and execution of events. You will have the opportunity to create innovative bespoke ideas and events throughout the year and leave your mark on all our new openings.
