We are currently looking for a passionate Casual Night Supervisor, to join our 15 Basil Street Team on a casual basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

As a Casual Night Supervisor, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• Ensure the highest security standards are stringently adhered to regarding guests', colleagues', and apartment property.
• Oversee courier, postal and other deliveries for all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing and switchboard to ensure the smooth running of the reception area.
• Be present in the lobby when required, greeting and assisting guests in a polite and friendly manner in line with our LQA & AA Standards
• Anticipate guest needs, providing personalised service to our guests by using guest history where possible.

You will work the hours according to your availability and business needs, just notify your manager and they will schedule your shifts accordingly.
