Digital Marketing Manager
We are seeking a digital marketing manager to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of paid ad campaigns. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, collaborating with regional marketing managers, managing website tasks, and assisting with data analysis and integration setup. This is a hybrid full-time position with an expectation to attend our head office based in Mayfair, London, 2-3 days per week after a settling in period.
What success looks like...
- Manage, track and optimise paid ad campaigns, ensuring all actions are taken within stated timelines.
- Monitoring performance and tracking ad spend. Fundamentally, you will ensure performance KPIs* are hit.
- Liaising with the regional Marketing Managers to keep up-to-date with marketing campaigns and programming, and to request assets/copy etc. Supplying agencies with all relevant campaign information/assets etc. To brief in campaigns.
- Assisting the Head of Digital to analyse and optimise campaigns for best performance against business goals, improving ROI and reducing CPA.
- Liaising with the regional Marketing Managers to instruct when landing pages need creating to support ad campaigns.
- Daily checks + flagging any issues with functionality.
- Assisting the Head of Digital with website SEO and CRO improvement projects.
- Monthly catch ups with Marketing team to relay key performance info.
- Working with the Head of Digital to implement customer email lifecycles and automated flow strategies using our CRM platform. Assisting with data analysis and integrations set up.
