Salary: £40,000 per year + bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of Artizen Restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and quality.
• Manage and train staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Curate and update the wine and food menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and trends.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the executive chef on menu planning and specials.
• Monitor inventory and manage supplier relationships.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fine dining setting.
• Strong knowledge of wines and food pairings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
