WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
You are an individual with a passion for Hospitality and have previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager.
You will be focused on continuous and seamless guest service, you will have fantastic communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
To excel in this role, you will also need plenty of drive, be a forward thinker and a strong team player

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the day to day running of the department. Have a friendly yet professional persona and you must have experience of working with an establishment of a similar standard. Be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through your team. Ensure staff are working to exceptionally high standards at all times. Have a professional approach with a friendly personality and be standards driven
