Ondine St Andrews, is set to redefine dining in St Andrews when we open in January 2025.
We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead Ondine at Seaton House, overseeing a team dedicated to culinary excellence and exceptional service. Our focus is on the produce we source - the finest seafood and shellfish from the East Coast of Scotland - and the service we offer to the guests that visit.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will work under the guidance of Roy Brett to establish Ondine at Seaton House as a first class dining destination. This role demands a leader who can maintain high standards of service and quality, inspired by Ondine's celebrated reputation in Edinburgh.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
