    Job Description

    The Junior Retail Development Manager will support in developing the Sports Direct and USC store fascia's in both the UK and EU by continuously making positive differences. Your day-to-day role will require you to keep up to date with the latest trends and explore opportunities to increase turnover. You will need to have the ability to track sales and understand when a reaction is needed.

    In the Retail Development Team, we work cross-functionally with key departments including Commercial, Merchandising, Marketing, Data Insights and more. It is essential that you can communicate with these key departments and look to build strong working relationship to increase collaboration, achieve great results and add value to the Sports Direct Retail Strategy.

    You should be a proactive and motivated individual, who will have a creative and commercial way of thinking.

    You will need to be organised and have a keen eye for detail with the ability to set meetings, write agendas and create presentations. Working to deadlines is key to this role and you must be capable of working individually but also as a team.

    This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in retail, particularly in a fast-paced environment that embraces change.

    • Identify new opportunities in retail to grow sales within our Sport Fascia's
    • Work closely with internal teams
    • Manage ongoing relationships.
    • Create awareness of retail KPI's
    • Track KPI performance
    • Monitor retail trends.
    • Support business integrations

    • Experience in Microsoft Office
    • Experience in a fast paced retail environment
