Job Description
As the Head of Enterprise Architecture you will provide the strategic oversight, planning, governance, and direction for the technology stack in an evolving and dynamic business environment.
Leveraging a strong background in technology and design, you will possess the vision to advise and architect solutions that meet the diverse needs of the business. This role involves maximising existing investments and identifying opportunities to integrate new technologies that align with our business objectives.
You'll establish the architecture function, setting up governance processes and procedures for others to follow, in accordance with TOGAF and other frameworks. Working closely with the CIO to create a technology strategy that aligns with the business strategy.
Additionally, will collaborate with both business and technology teams to ensure our technology continually evolves, leveraging industry developments.
Qualifications
- Experience of common Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman etc...
- TOGAF and Archimate certification essential
- Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies and architecture patterns.
- Solution focussed with the imagination to identify innovative approaches to critical problems.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to guide, direct, motivate and support staff either directly or indirectly.
- Consultancy skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at senior levels.
- Effective time management and an ability to recognise and respond to changing priorities and requirements.
- Self-starting and self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
