We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated Night Manager to join our dynamic team at The Knightsbridge Hotel. As the Night Manager, you will be the key leader overseeing the hotel's overnight operations, ensuring that every aspect of our service meets the highest standards. This is a pivotal role where you will work closely with all departments, including Events, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and the Kitchen, to deliver a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

We seek a highly motivated individual with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be flexible, capable of adapting to a variety of situations, and possess the resilience to thrive under pressure. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in inspiring your team to deliver excellence in every interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the liaison between the General Manager, guests, and the operational team, ensuring smooth communication and operation throughout the night.
  • Monitor and uphold our impeccable service standards, ensuring that every guest receives the exceptional experience they expect from a Firmdale Hotel.
  • Take charge of the hotel's security during the night, conducting regular health and safety checks, and managing any incidents or accidents with professionalism and care.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with our guests, attending to their needs and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Provide operational support across all departments as needed, ensuring the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently during the night.
  • Run the night audit process and produce detailed nightly reports for senior management review.

What you Need:

  • Previous experience as a Night Manager or at the Head of Department level within a 5-star hotel.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high standards in all areas of operation.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to manage and inspire a team under pressure.
  • A proactive approach, with the resilience and drive to handle challenges effectively.
  • Familiarity with Micros and Opera systems is desirable.
