We are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active Commis Chef to work in a busy kitchen at one of our highest profile client sites. There is a real opportunity to grow here for the right person. Hours of work will be 7am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday with occasional overtime for evenng functions.

Closest station - Stratford.

Key responsibilities

• You will work under the guidance of the Head chef to produce salads and deli style sandwiches.

• You will be responsible for recording allergens and following company food safety policies and Health and safety procedures.

• You will Work in a clean, safe and organised manner.

• You will have a desire to develop all your culinary skills.
