Anytime Fitness Euston opened in October 2022 and have provided a premium flagship Anytime Fitness product to the Central London arena. We have invested heavily in best in class equipment (from Hammer Strength, Life fitness, Escape. Booty Builder, Wattbikes and Hydrow Rowers) and delivered a luxury experience at an affordable price. We have delivered a best in class changing and vanity area encompassing Dyson Hairdryers, LED mirrors, electronic pin lockers and GHD Gold straighteners.
Key responsibilities are outlined below (although the below list is not exhaustive and you will be required to support the GM in the general day to day activities of the club)
- Supporting the GM in Marketing Planning – events, outreach, in-reach, charity, activities etc
- Social Media – Preparing and posting Interactive content (e.g. workouts, member shout outs)
- Driving lead generation and outreach activity to achieve targets set by the owners
- Sales Calls – to drive sales tours and ultimately sales
- Providing best-in-class club sales tours aligned with AF service assessment guidelines
- Customer service, complaint handling and resolution and retention of existing members
- Support the GM in Operations & maintenance of the club, incl. health & safety compliance
- Club Culture – driving a great atmosphere for our members to achieve their fitness goals
Below are the attributes we’re looking for:
- Naturally sales-focused & confident and target driven with a desire to over achieve
- Approachable and Confident – the ideal candidate should have no issues approaching members on the gym floor, appearing on social media, getting out and about doing outreach activity
- Resilience – ability to deal with operational / sales / customer issue resolution with a calm head
- Driving new member sales initiatives through sales planning and local outreach activity
Nice to haves
- Level 2 Fitness qualification Providing Member Inductions and delivery of Group ex if required
What we can offer
- Competitive base salary from (full time equivalent) £24,000 to £28,000 dependant on experience and pro rata dependant on contractual hours worked
- Preferred hours 25 per week, but will consider candidates who want more
- OTE £27,000 to £32,000 (pro rata dependant on contractual hours). Excellent commission structure
