About you as Bar Waiter

• Personality, style and charm are key for The Dandy Bar
• Good teamplayer who communicates well with colleagues
• Previous experience within bar or restaurant is desirable
• Organised and proactive in a busy bar environment

Aim of the Bar Waiter

To support the Dandy Bar with general bar duties under the supervision of the Head Bartender and Supervisor for a flawless service between 11.00am - 2.00am.

Key responsibilities of the Bar Waiter

• Serve food from our all day dining menu and drinks in the Dandy Bar timely and efficiently
• Bring personality to your service style by speaking with guests
• Support the bar team to ensure drinks are created and served as quickly as possible
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness around bar and restaurant areas 
• Ensure correct billing and payments are recorded correctly
• Clear tables quickly and efficiently
• Be confident with food allergens and promoting menu dishes for upselling
• Assist bartenders where required through busy services
