A NIGHT IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT TEAM MEMBER AT HIEX MANCHESTER AIRPORT

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Nights Team Supervisor, you can expect your working day to include the following. 

• Serving drinks on the bar, and cleaning / closing down the bar at end of service.
• Preparing late night snacks from our 24hr menu
• Ensuring the public areas are kept clean and tidy
• Ensuring corridor sare kept clea from litter etc on regular floor walks
• Welcoming late arrival guest, and assisting with any queries they may have
• Ensuring the breakfast is prepared and laid out for the morning
• Cleaning Duties

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements...

To succeed in the role of Night Team Member, you will need the following qualities and skills. 

• Excellent guest service skills - putting the guest at the heart of everything you do
• Have a can do attitude
• Be able to multi task and prioritise during busy periods
• Communicate and work well with colleagues - be a team player!
• Be over 18 - you will need to serve alcohol on the bar
• Be able to travel to and from the hotel for the following shift times: 22:45 - 07:15
• You will be working 5 nights out of 7
