Deputy General Manager - London

Location: Royal College of Pathologists

Rate of pay: £40,000 per annum (includes bonus)

Working pattern: Monday - Friday with some weekends when required

We are looking for an enthusiatc Deputy General Manager to join our growing events team in Alie street. 

You'll have previous Events & Hospitality experience where you've had overall responsibility for the daily operation ensuring the service is delivered in line with the client requirements and company brand.

Other key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Involved in menu development to assist with sales.
• An understanding of the finance and budget requirements of a commercial business.
• Manage the company health, hygiene, quality and safety standards as set out in the appropriate manuals.
• Confidence in providing feedback and coaching to any member of staff .
