We're on the lookout for a new brand new Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at The Cross Keys in Nottingham. This stunning city-centre premium pub is one of our flagship sites, so we are thrilled to bring this opportunity to the market.

The Cross Keys is nestled in the heart of busy and bustling Nottingham city centre and is truly loved by the locals, as well attracting guests from further afield, looking for a truly spectacular dining experience.

The Cross Keys offers a chef-led seasonal & local, ever-changing menus. In short, beautiful & bold, sophisticated & confident. There is a real opportunity to influence here, as well as work within a already highly successful brigade

We're really proud of the offering and would love a new Head Chef to come in and lead the team to it's next stage of development. In return, the successful Head Chef will command a salary of upto 36k plus bonus, plus an awesome atmosphere to work in.
