Guest Help & Information Host - Chessington, London
Location: Chessington World of Adventures Resort Leatherhead Road Chessington Surrey KT9 2NE
Hours: Shifts between 8.45am to park close across a 7-day rota

Here at Chessington World of Adventures our 2024 season is in full swing, and we are looking for Guest Help and Information Hosts to join the Team!
Working within the Guest Experience Department providing an excellent level of service to our Guests, assisting in the safe and efficient operation of the Guest Help & Information department at all times.
Day to day this role will include:
- Resolving guest issues on-the-day and post visit via relevant communication channels
- Issuing Ride Access Passes, Lost Children bands and Parent Swap Passes
- Collecting and reuniting Lost Property
- Monitoring ride access pass entrances, providing guidance and support to guests
Qualifications & Experience
All we need you to come with is the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver jaw dropping fun to our Guests!

Pay Range
Compensation between GBP £8.43/Hr.-GBP £11.50/Hr.
