Assistant Store Manager - Andover, Hampshire

Job Type: Full Time - Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking 2 dedicated professionals to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager on a fixed-term basis for up to 16 months, covering maternity leave.

Salary: From £25,000 per annum (pro-rated for part-time roles)

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively ensure the store operates efficiently, leaving every customer satisfied with their experience
• Lead, motivate, and delegate tasks within the team
• Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
• Coach, mentor, and inspire the team to achieve outstanding results
• Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and enhance profitability
• Assist in training new team members, welcoming them into our vibrant team culture
