Human Resources Executive - London

We are looking for a People Advisor with previous experience in a people team to act as a trusted advisor, partnering with management and building strong connections across the Company. The ideal candidate will be passionate and creative in enhancing our culture and strengthen our wellbeing practices. They will need to be a driver for employee relations to empower and equip management to handle people matters in a fair, consistent manner which is aligned with the Company expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising and supporting management with best practice on ER matters
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures and overseeing on policies such as absences, maternity, paternity, shared parental leave, pension's queries, flexible working etc.
• With the People Practices team, manage all employee related issues including disciplinary and grievance, performance management and sickness and absence management
• Assist the Manager, People Practices, and head of departments (HODs) with recruitment and related administration as required
• Support the Learning & Development Manager with onboarding, training coordination and delivery where required
• Guiding performance management and annual performance processes
• Collation and administration for the monthly payroll
• Promote employee engagement with CSR activities.
  
• Manage the administration of all team member benefits
• Arrange and organise staff events throughout the year in-line with budget.

The ideal People Advisor will have:

• Good knowledge of UK employment law
• Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills
• Professionalism and overall positive attitude
• Proficient written and spoken English
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced growing environment
