Job Description

As a Digital Trading Assistant, you will:

  • Work within the Digital Trading Team to drive sales, through workflow management of campaigns and promotions
  • Report on digital trade highlighting key information 
  • Analysis of best sellers and stock levels in reaction to trade performance and upcoming promotional activity to optimise online sales.  
  • Produce insight information for both internal and external discussions.
  • Prioritise workflow in reaction to communications of upcoming campaigns and promotions
  • Ensuring products have the required product content to launch online and work with teams to resolve any issues to optimise sales on site.
  • Support delivering seasonal promotion and campaign edits in line with company trading calendar. 
  • Optimise customer experience during daily site walks and data analysis, to drive categorisation or product content improvements
  • Maintain internal relationships ensuring strong understanding of seasonal priorities and launches.
  • Participate in projects or carry out any other duties that may be outside the standard remit that will benefit the company.
  •  Manage key internal and external stakeholders, utilising appropriate communication and people management methods.
  • Be an active and positive contributor to the team, always willing to represent the digital  trading team and be prepared to go the extra mile.

Qualifications

  • Valid working rights for the EMEA countries 
  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent, preferably within a business/numeric related subject 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple teams
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Ability to plan and organise own workload
  • Advanced Excel skills preferable

What's next?

  • Our Recruitment Team will be reviewing applications and all candidates will receive a response, whether you are successful or unsuccessful. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first stage interview with the Recruiter- this will be behaviourally focussed and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
