Head Stretchologist  

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Stretchologist (Stretch Therapist) to lead and develop our team of Therapists. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional stretching sessions, managing the performance and development of the Stretchologists, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our Stretchology services and drive the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Ensure sufficient and relevant job postings are available to attract top talent.
  • Contact and engage with potential candidates to join the Stretchologist team.
  • Lead the interview process, demonstrating effective interviewing techniques and selecting the best candidates.

Training:

  • Train new candidates to meet Level 1 Stretchology standards.
  • Advance the skills of existing Stretchologists by training them on Level 2 techniques.
  • Ensure all candidates and current Stretchologists meet the required standards set by management.

Assessments:

  • Regularly assess the performance of all Stretchologists to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Focus assessments on customer service quality, stretching standards, and client retention.
  • Use assessment findings to create Continuing Professional Development (CPD) plans for each Stretchologist.
  • Conduct multiple assessments simultaneously where possible to maximise efficiency.
  • Collaborate with management to utilise mystery shoppers for unbiased assessments.

Ongoing Training:

  • Develop a robust, ongoing training program for the Stretchologist team.
  • Deliver training sessions on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, depending on the schedule and needs.

Stretching Sessions:

  • Provide high-quality stretching sessions to clients.
  • Ensure the best possible service is delivered consistently to all clients.
  • Maintain excellent Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including retention rates and booking percentages.

Requirements:

  • Proven relevant experience in a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to assess performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in recruitment and training processes.
