Position: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring smooth service and a fantastic guest experience
• Lead and motivate staff – train, coach, and manage a dynamic team of bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff 
• Drive sales and profitability through creative promotions, events, and exceptional service standards
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues quickly and professionally         
• Manage budgets and financial performance, including inventory, cost control, and reporting
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety across the entire establishment               
• Foster a positive, fun, and team-oriented work culture

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry Strong understanding of financial management and staff development Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-energy environment, especially during major sporting events A passion for sport, delivering top-tier customer service and fostering a positive work environment
