What You'll Do:

• Drive Strength and Conditioning Programs: Develop and implement world-class programs for both adults and juniors, including our flagship Junior Athletic Program.
• Build a High-Performance Team: Recruit, develop, and lead a team of dedicated strength and conditioning coaches.
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators: Manage department budgets, revenue, and utilization to drive overall club success.
• Foster a Strong Community: Create a culture of excellence and motivation within the team and among members.
