About you

We're looking for someone with outstanding communication skills - a natural conversation starter with the passion and enthusiasm to work within travel and tourism. We'd also love to see the following:

  • Sales experience preferred - but most importantly, we want dedication and confidence in achieving targets through connecting with a variety of guests and closing sales effectively.
  • Experience in customer service roles that allows you to wow our guests and leave a lasting impression to build a repeat customer base.
  • Versatility to overcome challenges in a constantly evolving environment - no two days are ever the same.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts in line with customer demand. This will include evenings and weekends.

What we offer

  • Our training kicks off with our famous "First Dates" in our outstanding head office building in Crawley. This is followed by a four-week training programme which is a combination of virtual and in-store training
  • Industry-leading Staff Travel benefits with up to seven flights a year to any of Virgin Atlantic's destinations (did someone say Barbados?)
  • Ongoing coaching and development throughout your career
  • Generous contributory pension scheme and life assurance
  • EVE benefits - a catalogue of optional salary sacrifice benefits such as travel insurance and dental insurance
  • Access to our Employee Assistance Programme and Digital GP service

If this sounds intriguing, we'd love to hear from you!
