Position Overview: The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in developing standardised reports, conducting ad hoc analyses, and creating actionable insights to support our business strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce, exceptional analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.daya

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Standardized Reports:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain a series of standardized reports to support various business functions.
  2. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with business requirements.

Ad Hoc Analysis:

  1. Conduct in-depth ad hoc analysis to identify trends and opportunities at the top of the funnel.
  2. Provide actionable insights to drive strategic decisions and business growth.

Data Interpretation and Communication:

  1. Interpret complex data sets and transform them into consumable formats for non-technical stakeholders.
  2. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to drive growth and strategic initiatives.

Data Strategy Development:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy to support business growth.
  2. Ensure data strategy aligns with overall business goals and objectives.

Tool Proficiency:

  1. Utilise advanced Excel skills to perform detailed data analysis.
  2. Leverage PowerBI to create dynamic dashboards and visualizations for data presentation.

Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to support their data needs.
  2. Foster a data-driven culture within the organisation by promoting data literacy and best practices.
