We are seeking a talented Sales Development Rep to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth strategy by executing our venue acquisition objectives.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Development Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a venue acquisition strategy that leverages our current customer base and identifies new opportunities for growth. This role involves owning and developing relationships with our new venue partners to point of onboarding, identifying and qualifying new venue partners, and driving higher revenue through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

New Venue Acquisition Revenue Growth:

  • Identify and qualify new Venue partners for our connect and fully managed products.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider teams to ensure venue acquisition activity is aligned to business goals.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals to prospective venue partners across all verticals.

Plan and execute new lead generation activity:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential partners that align with our strategic goals
  • Identify lead generation opportunities from existing and new venue partners.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for new venue lead generation.
  • Input and follow up on central marketing lead generation activities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to drive new lead generation.

Manage the deal pipeline to maximise conversion and value:

  • Identify and qualify new venue partners’ products at the point of discovery needs analysis.
  • Ensure proposals align to commercial strategy of business driving volume and value.
  • Manage deals pipeline from initial contact to closing with full visibility of communication and tasks 

External & Internal Partnerships:

  • Drive higher revenue through strategic partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
  • Serve as the conduit from acquisition to point of onboarding venue partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify areas for development and continuous improvement.

Progress Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on the performance of venue partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
