We have an outstanding opportunity in Oxfordshire for a General Manager to run one of the leading sports and leisure clubs in Oxfordshire. With a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the club is situated in a beautiful location and offers an inspiring mix of sporting, leisure and wellbeing facilities with an extensive gym and studio class timetable, pool and acclaimed wet spa. The club hosts a year-round calendar of functions and events with a comprehensive food and beverage offer catering to members and their guests.

We are looking for a very experienced, passionate General Manager to lead this business, an individual who is a high achiever and who has a proven track record working at the premium end of the health and fitness, golf or hotel sectors. You'll be responsible for multiple income streams including memberships, food and beverage, retail, personal training and swimming lessons whilst ensuring that retention is optimised across the business.

As General Manager you need to be highly visible within the business and must be passionate about delivering the operational standards whilst delighting the customers with exceptional service levels. You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities and possess the ability to influence and coach your team to deliver the standards and service levels consistently.

The position offers a basic salary of up to 55K, a 5K car allowance, a generous bonus scheme, private health care, 33 days holiday including bank holidays with complimentary family membership.
