Up to £80,000 + 15K bonus

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Hotel General Manager to manage a highly successful 4* hotel in Leeds, this modern property offers a state-of-the-art health club, Sports Bar, Restaurant, Co-Working Space and has a significant functions and events business. As General Manager you will lead of team of 9 heads of departments and around 100 full and part time staff, As General Manager you will be hands in leading and coaching your teams across all departments to ensure the guest receive an exceptional experience on every visit. We are very open to hear from candidates who can demonstrate a strong track as a GM in driving the commercial performance in a high-volume leisure or hospitality operation, rooms experience is advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Mert and exceed challenging revenue targets in this £5m+ turnover hotel.
• Achieve excellent guest satisfaction scores, external audit, and internal audit scores.
• Deliver the brand standards and ways of working across the property.
• Develop and implement localised business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Build and develop key partnerships and relationships within the business and sporting communities
• Budgetary responsibility, reporting and presenting on financial performance.
• Work closely with the Operational and Marketing teams to optimise hotel performance.
• With a strong corporate and leisure trade, to work a combination of shifts including 1 in 2 weekends.

Ina addition to a competitive basic salary of up to 80K, there is an annual bonus potential of up to 15K.
