JOB TITLE – Guest Services Executive - St Brides Spa Hotel
DEPARTMENT – Front Office 
RATE OF PAY - £11.45 per hour plus benefits!  
CONTRACT TYPE – Full Time – Permanent  
HOURS OF WORK – 37.5 hours per week 
SHIFT DETAILS – 5 days out of 7

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR … 
We are looking to recruit a Front Office Agent (receptionist) to join our exceptional Front Office Team at The Celtic Collection. 
Your calm, efficient, friendly and professional personality will shine through to every guest along with your passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service. 
Multi-tasking will be second to none whilst maintaining a positive attitude at all times. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO … 
As a Front Office Agent you will welcome and fulfil the check-in and check-out process for guests and group arrivals using the hotel systems. 
You will be required to have knowledge of The Celtic Collection and the services provided by various outlets.

Located at the entrance to Saundersfoot and overlooking?the stunning views of the village, harbour, beach and coastline this newest addition to the Celtic Collection, in partnership with the Port of Milford Haven, St Brides Spa Hotel can be found positioned on the clifftop.  St Brides Spa Hotel is operated and managed by the team behind the iconic ?Celtic Manor Resort?.The Hotel offers individually styled, luxurious bedrooms and contemporary restaurant, bar and conference facilities. The Spa and Hotel have won many awards over the years including the best hotel in Wales. The hotel is an asset for the local community and provides a great new spot to eat and meet, as well as stay over.  The 2 AA rosette Cliff restaurant and Gallery bar have dramatic views across the bay and offer guests the finest Pembrokeshire produce for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
