Salary: £25,300.55 (Full Time Salary), £12,481.60 (Part Time Salary) plus excellent benefits

Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours on a 4 on 2 off shift pattern), Part Time (18.5 hours on a 3 on 3 off shift pattern)

Location: London Heathrow Airport

Contract: Permanent

Shifts: Full or Part Time shifts available, working on a 7 day rotational pattern, including early mornings and evenings

Closing Date: Sunday 02 June 2024

In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service to our Upper Class and Frequent Flyer guests, creating memorable and lasting experiences. You'll be part of a world-class team, working in our two award-winning lounges, where we strive to provide a flawless service to our customers.

Day to day

As a Clubhouse Crew Member, your responsibilities will include:  

  • Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly smile, introducing them to our Clubhouse and Revivals lounge
  • Tantalising our customers' taste buds with our delicious, seasonal menu
  • Delivering an immersive culinary experience through food and drink service
  • Maintaining a spotlessly clean and relaxing environment for guests to unwind in
  • Playing a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' needs are met at every opportunity

About you

Are you customer service expert with experience in face-to-face interactions and delivering the most amazing service in a hospitality environment?   

Our Clubhouses are open 365 days a year, 7 days a week from early morning to late at night

We're looking for:  

  • Experience of delivering excellent customer experience, where attention to detail and a tailored service is expected
  • Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality environment is preferred
  • Confident working in a fast paced environment, where you'll be on your feet for long periods of time
  • Have the ability to prioritise and multi task a series of requests from our customers and colleagues
  • Free to work different shifts between 05:00am and 23:00pm, including some weekends and bank holidays
  • Able to acquire an airside pass ID that permits you to enter and work in restricted areas of London Heathrow airport

If successful during your application, you would be invited to complete our interactive online assessment. Here, you'll be asked a series of situational judgement questions, followed by some pre-recorded video questions to answer. If successful through this digital assessment, the final stage will be an invite to our in-person assessment centre in central London on 14th June 2024.
