Roles & Responsibilities

Are you looking for a flexible role with guaranteed hours?

Do you live within a commutable distance of Chessington?

Do you have strong customer service skills?

If so, come and join the Call Centre team based within our brand-new offices at Chessington World of Adventures Resort!

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for several upbeat and organised advisors to join our fun, friendly team where no two days are the same and where there are numerous opportunities for career progression and development within Merlin.

Salary and Hours...

This role pays £12.30 per hour, we can guarantee a minimum of 30 hours / week and offer various start dates.

Qualification & Experience

  • Creating AWESOME bookings for our amazing guests
  • Amending bookings
  • Answering phone calls, emails and live chats
  • Understanding and providing information on our 5 Resorts and multiple off-site hotels
  • Upselling package add-ons to guests to ensure they have booked the perfect stay
  • Meeting targets
  • Working well as a team

Essential...

  • Be 18 years of age or over
  • Have the Right to work in UK
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Know how to use Microsoft Office and have basic IT skills
  • Experience within a Customer Service based role
