Resorts World is a leisure destination owned by Genting UK Ltd. Genting owns and operates many exciting brands within the centre, including Resorts World Casino, Santai Spa, Genting Hotel, Sky Bar & Restaurant, Vortex Gaming family arcade, The World Bar, The Sports Bar and a thriving meeting and events business. Located opposite the Resorts World Arena and the NEC, Resorts World is part of a busy campus that attracts millions of consumers every year to a diverse range of concerts, exhibitions and events. A vibrant destination with a beautiful lakeside location, it offers a fun and fast-paced working environment.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member to join our vibrant team at Sports Bar, working 40 hours per week. Candidates must be fully flexible to work a variety of shifts; including weekends, nights and bank holidays. We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic candidates with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a flexible attitude towards changing priorities and procedures, including changes to shifts/rotas.

Key competencies and duties include:

  • Ensuring an exceptional standard of customer care, whilst adhering to all company procedures, processes, health & safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Being an effective team player who contributes to continuous business improvement.
  • Till operation and cash handling.
  • Waiting tables and clearing of cutlery and glasses from customers, ensuring all items are washed/cleaned and stored correctly.
  • Identify any food and beverage requirements using a proactive approach where appropriate.
  • Ensuring all areas of the casino areas are always kept clean and tidy.
  • This role would involve working in the casino bar and restaurant and so we are ideally looking for candidates with previous experience working in a similar position.
