General Manager with Accommodation - Hatfield

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to run the Cock O' The North, part of our Destination Inns concept. This pub is for all seasons with handsomely decorated surroundings inside and out, a stylish pub with blissful real log fires, snug dining rooms and a beautiful patio and beer garden.

This is a great food business with a strong reputation locally and potential to grow. The right candidate will have a proven track record of growing sales in a food led business, a strong people skillset and a desire to build and lead an engaged team. A passion for food is important, chefs' recommendations are key to the Destination concept as well as exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will make this pub stand out by putting their own stamp on the business, developing a strong team, engaging guests through events and social media but most of all focussing on the basics to ensure we deliver the Destination experience.

Candidates will need at least one years as a GM in a similar business.

  • The manager's accommodation consists of Accommodation consists of a well-appointed 3-bedroom flat includes all bills and council tax
