Entertainments and Events Team Leader - Chessington, London

What you'll bring to the team

In this role you will support the Entertainments & Events Operation Manager in the day to day running of the department, acting as Entertainments Duty for the Resort. 

You will be responsible for managing various projects throughout the year which will include recruitment, staff welfare checks and general admin tasks. You will deliver daily team briefs, as well as coaching and developing your team through leading regular training sessions and giving post-show performance notes. 

You will also ensure a smooth operation of attractions in all events, ensuring Resort knowledge is up to date and leading by example to create a good team environment which promotes good morale and pride in the department.
