Location: Chessington World of Adventures Resort, KT9 2NE

Hours: Shifts cover hours between 8.45am to 8pm across a 7 day rota

Here at Chessington World of Adventures our 2024 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for Retail & Admissions Hosts to join the team!

You will deliver great service and memorable experiences to our guests at every opportunity. This will include interacting with our guests at the entrances/exits and helping them to gain entry onto the park, offering an exciting range of products from one of the many shops on the resort and upselling our Reserve & Ride tickets to reduce ride queuing time.

Day to day this role will include:

  • Monitoring turnstiles, scanning tickets at entrances and ensuring valid entry into the park
  • Promoting and selling Reserve and Ride tickets
  • Keeping units fully stocked, replenishing stock and putting away deliveries
  • Cleaning retail units to maintain hygiene standards

Fixed term contract to November 2024. Working weekends and bank holidays as required.

Qualifications & Experience

All we need you to come with is the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver a ROARsome experience to our Guests!
