The Role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Manager to join the team, overseeing all aspects of the hotel at night. From sunset to sunrise – you’ll be running the show. You’ll need to be a hands -on leader, ensuring that brand standards are met and the guest experience is maintained. You will lead the Night Team to provide guests with a warm welcome and excellent service. You’ll be responsible for the welfare and safety of both guests and the hotel, carrying out regular check/patrols around all areas of the building, taking appropriate action to ensure standards of cleanliness, safety and general appearance are maintained. As a leader it’s important that you’re organised and a confident communicator, you’ll always be one -step ahead, solving any problems that may crop up and getting the hotel ready for the guests the next morning.

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for a Night Manager with previous experience of working Nights within a hotel or hospitality environment, ideally, you’ll also have Food & Beverage or Front of House experience too. As Night Manager, you’ll need to be passionate about delivering high standards, providing unparalleled customer service and ensuring that all hotel standards and health and safety requirements are implemented. You’ll need commitment, flexibility and dedication to make things happen and lead your team to success.
