The Meon Valley Hotel & Country club offers 113 bedrooms as well as a championship Golf Course, health club & Spa.  The hotel features an on-site bar & 2 restaurants as well as 8 conference rooms, catering for up to 120 delegates.

Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Full-Time Sales Manager onto the team who will:

  • Knowledge in: Development & implementation in sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue. Setting & tracking individual and team sales targets and performance.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation and sales action plans.
  • Overseeing and managing the activities and resources of the sales team.
  • Providing ongoing training and feedback to the sales staff.
  • Ability to Manage & write weekly / monthly Sales report.
  • To generate additional revenues by seeking new businesses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.

The successful candidate will have proven success in a similar role. Experience of developing and managing strong relationships with clients is essential, as well as demonstrating empathy towards customers and colleagues. Experience needed no less than 2 years in Four-star property, managing no less than 5 Team members.
