The Grand Hotel Blackpool are looking for a Hotel Operations Manager who will ensure quality standards throughout the hotel and provide an excellent experience for the guests.

Your main duties would include;

  • Ensuring that each department delivers a consistently high standard of guest service.
  • Achieving business objectives and maximise the profitability of all outlets.
  • Maintaining effective cost controls in all areas.
  • Working alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
