Your responsibilities as a Groups Sales Executive will include:

  • Be responsible for taking and managing all bedroom enquiries and bookings for the hotel, over the telephones, Internet and via fax for groups of clients
  • Deal with customers of all levels with various requirements in a professional and timely manner
  • Make regular visits to the UK Hotels, especially our main London Hotels
  • Up sell the facilities of our properties at every opportunity ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue are achieved at all times

The ideal Groups Sales Executive will:

  • Have strong selling skills and an understanding of groups bookings and processes
  • Have excellent telephone communication skills
  • Be able to competently manage all aspects of a groups enquiry
  • Have effective decision making skills
  • Be a pro-active team player who easily connects with others
  • Have previous experience working within a hotel group sales department desirable
  • Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with others.
