To be polite, professional, and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleaguesTo ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all timesTo demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectationsTo ensure standards of cleaning and hygiene in the work area meet or exceeds the standard applicable to the site/ unitRespond to issues however they may be raised.About You:
High standards of personal hygiene High standards of customer care Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role
