  • What will I be doing?

    We are literally looking for an everyday hero to join our team, no 2 days are the same at our hotel, the pace is fast and we are searching for the perfect fit. This role is vital to the team, supporting every function of the commercial team. 

    You will:

    ·       Coordinate new starters’ onboarding experience

    ·       Maintain adequate office supplies, IT equipment and stock management.

    ·       Main point of contact for managing requests from the Commercial Team and HR

    ·       Organise meetings, calendar management, and team engagement activities

    ·       Keep track of expenses, payments, and invoices

    ·       Carry out all filing and contract signing

    ·       Support the Commercial Director with projects, charity activities, administration and PA duties.

    What are we looking for?

    ·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    ·       Excellent administration and IT skills

    ·       Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally

    ·       Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

    ·       Ability to work under pressure

    ·       It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
