We're looking for a Retail Administrative Support Assistant on a Fixed Term Contract (June 2024 – May 2025) to join our team supporting the South Coast, West Country & Bristol& M5 regions!Are you ready to take on a dynamic role providing administrative support?If so, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support, including diary and email management, travel coordination, and expenses support to 3 senior directors and regions.
• Support data collation and presentation preparation, cooperating with information returns.
• Act as a point of contact for meetings and events, providing technical support.
• Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams, supporting areas outside of the reporting line.
• Manage GSM holiday schedules, time-off requests, and handle day-to-day people administration.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook

• Perform tasks as a Senior Director Proxy
• Support meetings, events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
