Head Chef - Notting Hill, London

Miznon is looking for an experienced, confident and personable Head Chef to lead their Soho site, and join a team that's full of good vibes, who are passionate about food and being their best authentic selves.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the kitchen and the kitchen team.

The Role

  • Confident, polite and energetic individual with at least 2 years' Head Chef experience in a high-volume, high-quality restaurant
  • You will be responsible for delivering excellent quality food whilst managing and supporting your team
  • Working closely with the General Manager and company Directors on delivering sales targets, growing the business and ensuring the great reputation for the Miznon brand
  • You will be responsible for managing and leading your team on a day-to-day basis, whilst also ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and service
  • You will have fantastic communications skills and the ability to adapt to different situations, opportunities and challenges
  • Confidence in training and supporting your team with service standards, menu and ingredient knowledge, all Health & Safety protocols and much more!
  • A passion and interest in the city's hospitality industry
  • You will be reporting to the Company Directors
