As the Arden Hotel & Leisure Clubs Maintenance Manager, you will ensure that the hotel is kept in excellent condition. From checking fire alarms to keeping the bedrooms and minor repairs completed in a quick manner. You will be responsible for the day-to-day preventative & reactive maintenance within the hotel.

You will need to make sure that the upkeeping of all areas is clean and tidy and safety is at the forefront of operations. All tasks need to be carried out to a high standard whilst adhering to health and safety legislation. Previous experience in one or more building trades required.  

Ideal Candidate

• Carry out simple electrical and mechanical work
• Liaising with outside sub-contact companies for annual maintenance
• Maintenance to buildings and facilities
• Daily, Monthly & Yearly safety checks to be completed 
• Takes great joy in maintenance and upkeep, handy with tools and decorating 
• As Maintenance Manager you will have experience in one or more building trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting/ decorating or general building maintenance.
• Will have an authentic and passionate approach, able to work as part of a team
• Experience of working towards company goals.
• Maintain a safe & secure working environment at all times 
• Health & Safety at the forefront of operations 
• Ensuring a smooth guest experience, and all Maintenace issues are acted upon immediately  
• Supporting and training the hotels Maintenance Team Member
