What the Role Entails:

  • Develop and manage an annual marketing and events calendar, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Execute promotional briefs and monitor on-property redemption, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Coordinate quarterly planning meetings with the Venue Director and Group Head of Marketing, contributing creative ideas and strategies.
  • Monitor marketing budgets, process invoices, and ensure accurate financial forecasting.
  • Manage and maintain the casino's website and digital channels, ensuring content is up to date and aligned with brand standards.
  • Develop and schedule engaging social media content in line with local and central strategies.
  • Support VIP programs and collaborate with the VIP team to boost loyalty and visitation.
  • Create monthly email and SMS campaigns, adhering to company guidelines and approval processes.
  • Oversee on-property communications, ensuring all signage is current and compliant with operational standards.
  • Plan events, book entertainment, and manage decorations for in-house promotions and special occasions.
  • Be the primary contact for marketing queries, providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Champion the loyalty program, supporting new card sign-up targets and encouraging card usage among casino staff and guests.
  • Ensure compliance with marketing regulations and oversee local filming requests.

Required Skills and Behaviours:

  • Marketing degree or equivalent experience, with a strong passion for marketing and customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, managing various projects and deadlines.
